I wanted to send on a note to you thank your team, and in particular Mary Nute for the fabulous service we received in the recent sale of our home. We are very grateful to Mary for all her support in the ridiculously fast sale of our home - 6 days from beginning to end.
When we connected with Mary, her assistant (I do apologise for forgetting names here) was extremely efficient in setting up time to have a ‘Stager’ to come around and advise us on how to get the home ready for sale. This left a very good first impression on us that Mary was prepared to commit to this at such an early stage. The assistant and the stager were extremely professional, courteous and even humorous in their suggestions, in helping us prepare the home. Our sincere thanks go to them both.
Mary provided us with impeccable service. Mary was very professional, knowledgeable, personable and fully prepared in all our conversations which reassured us tremendously. In addition, we found that Mary was able to demonstrate an outstanding ability to understand our situation, and provide a level of guidance without taking away our own sense of control throughout the negotiations. Mary obviously has a wisdom about her in terms of knowing how to be flexible with different clients, and yet still manages to be authentic and sincere in the process. A tremendous gift.
